Find Peace, Purpose, and Empowerment in Your Personal Growth Journey
I’m passionate about helping my clients discover that they have more choices than they think, they have the power to change, and that they are worthy of satisfying and nurturing relationships.
I have a special heart for adults who face the challenges of being part of multiple cultures and adult children of immigrant parents. I also love providing therapy for people dealing with complex or challenging relationships and folks struggling with anxiety and self worth.
I understand the joys and struggles of being a multicultural American.
I was born in India and moved to the U.S. when I was 6 years old. This has been such a blessing, but it came with many challenges. As much as I love my heritage, I often found it was hard to relate to Indian folks that identified heavily with their culture of origin, and equally hard relating to those of Western culture. Sometimes, the cultural values of my heritage clashed with those of my new home. It was often confusing, frustrating, and lonely, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Therapy gave me the freedom to define my values and my identity, and the confidence to live them out.
In particular, I developed a strong sense of self, which came with many wonderful benefits. I found that I could maintain healthy relationships by setting compassionate boundaries, having difficult conversations, and most importantly, by being vulnerable. Feeling steady, secure and comfortable in my own skin has been such a blessing, and these days, I wouldn’t trade lives with anyone!
I bring together practical problem-solving, compassion, and lived experience.
I have always been fascinated by human connection and how people grow, relate, and thrive. Before opening my practice, I spent a successful and rewarding decade in IT, where I loved the problem-solving, collaboration, and teamwork. Over time, I realized that my favorite part of the work was often the people involved: understanding different perspectives, helping others navigate pressure, and supporting more effective communication. Transitioning into counseling felt like a natural next step because it allowed me to bring together my curiosity about people, my appreciation for practical problem-solving, and my desire to help others feel more grounded and fulfilled. Today, I use that firsthand understanding of demanding professional environments to support clients as they seek clarity, balance, and meaningful change.
It can be difficult to untangle your hopes, dreams and desires from the expectations of those around you.
I’m passionate about helping you truly understand yourself and embrace your self worth in a warm and nurturing environment, so you can be empowered to live a life you truly love.
